This cake was baked for #caramelweek on the Twitter baking club #gbbotwitterbakealong. 

Three regular vanilla sponge cakes spread with a caramel frosting and decorated with homemade peanut brittle shards.

It’s going to be a long time before I think about caramel again! Worth the mess and effort, though.
